* information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others;

* information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. Parkvale respects and understands the need to protect customer privacy and will properly safeguard nonpublic personal information which is collected about you as descripted within this notice. Publicly available information such as government records (real estate filings) and media distribution (telephone listings), however, may be available to the general public and is beyond our control. You can be assured that any communication or correspondence you receive on behalf of or endorsed by Parkvale Bank will be identified as such.

We may disclose on a limited basis the following information to other financial institutions with whom we maintain a joint marketing agreement in order to offer you, our valued customer, financial products and services:

Parkvale may share customer information with its corporate affiliates as permitted by law to provide you with convenient service and financial products. The information which may be shared includes your transaction and account experience with us such as account balances and payment history. Other information such as income and assets/liabilities obtained from applications provided by you or credit histories received from consumer reporting agencies may be shared with our corporate affiliates at your request. Sharing of other information among our affiliates may occur at your request in order to provide additional financial services.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees having a business reason, such as to provide financial products and services to you. Protection of your nonpublic personal information is important to Parkvale Bank and we understand that guarding your privacy is our obligation.
